The frame appears to be well-constructed, and is packaged with easy DIY assembly instructions for two adults. The components are heavy--the total weight of the boxed delivery >70 lbs.
The hammock was a disappointment, manufacturered from poor quality ropes that stretched quite a lot and were laced so loosely, as to be virtually unusable at any tension.
Best Products was very accommodating of my quality concerns. They offered a full refund for a return or allowed me to keep the frame and replaced the hammock at no charge.
